My Account Resources

My Account is the association’s online account management platform, designed for use on both desktop and mobile devices. It allows you to conveniently view accounts and transactions, schedule one-time or recurring payments, transfer funds, access statements, apply for financing, and more. You can also invite guest users to access your accounts.

For the best performance, use the current or two most recent major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. Make sure your computer’s operating system is up to date with the latest recommended security updates and upgrades.

Log in to My Account on a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

We take safeguarding your personal and financial data very seriously. That’s why we use technology and processes to help identify and prevent fraud and keep unauthorized parties from gaining access to your information. Additionally, you get peace of mind with verification of your identity with multi-factor authentication and automatic notifications to help you stay aware of changes and prevent fraud. Alerts are a valuable tool to help you stay informed about account activity.

To ensure you receive critical security updates and important notifications, please do not block or mark emails coming from notifications@account.frontierfarmcredit.com as spam. Missing these messages could compromise your account's security and prevent you from receiving timely information.

Active AgriPoint_® or mobile app users do not need to re-enroll. Simply use your existing Username and Password to access My Account. 

For those using biometric login from your mobile device, you’ll need to set this up again in the new mobile app. To do this, go to Settings, Biometric Login.

If you haven’t logged in to AgriPoint_® for a while, you might be required to enroll in My Account.

Existing Account Access alerts did not transfer to My Account. The new platform offers enhanced alert options, but you’ll need to set them up again. To do this, click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen and select Alerts.

Yes, your existing account nicknames will transfer to My Account. You can also create new nicknames or edit existing ones by clicking your name in the upper-right corner, selecting Account Settings, and expanding the menu for each account by clicking the triangle next to the account name. Then select Edit nickname.

If you’re using the mobile app, you can even include emojis in your nicknames! 😊

Note: Nicknames are only visible in My Account and will not appear on statements or other documents.

No. All scheduled money movements created in AgriPoint_® Account Access will carry over to My Account and process as normal. 

Guests and their account permissions will carry over to the new My Account platform. However, this is a good time to review your guest list and their access levels to ensure everything is current. To do this, click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select Guest Management.

• To invite a new guest, select Add a New Guest.

• To view or edit a guest’s access, click the three dots to the right of their name.

From the account dashboard page, click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen. Go to Profile to edit your contact information.

If you already have the Frontier Farm Credit_® Mobile app on your device, it will automatically update to the new version if you have auto-updates enabled on your device. If auto-updates are turned off or you're downloading the app for the first time, you’ll need to visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install the Frontier Farm Credit Mobile app. Log in using your existing Username and Password or use biometric login if it’s enabled on your device.

Our mobile app is compatible with the latest iOS or Android operating system as well as the two previous versions, ensuring a seamless experience across a range of devices. To ensure optimal performance and security, please make sure you are using the latest version of iOS or Android. Your mobile device operating system should be kept up to date with the latest recommended security updates and upgrades.

If you are using bookmarks to access AgriPoint, please be aware that the old bookmark will no longer be functional. To continue accessing your account and our services seamlessly, please create a new bookmark for My Account.

From the website:

1. Click the green Login button in the top right-hand corner of the website.
2. From the Login page, click Enroll here and follow the instructions.

From the Frontier Farm Credit_® Mobile app:

1. Download the Frontier Farm Credit Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app and click Enroll.

To enroll on behalf of a company or entity where you are not the liable party, call our Customer Support team at 877-348-3810.

From the website:

1. Click the green Login button in the top right-hand corner of the website.
2. Enter your Username and Password, then click Log in.
3. If prompted, enter the verification code sent to your multifactor authentication delivery method (email or phone) and click Continue.
4. If prompted, review the Terms of Use and click Accept.

From the Frontier Farm Credit_® Mobile app:

1. Open the mobile app on your device.
2. Enter your Username and Password, then click Sign In, or use biometric login (face or fingerprint) if enabled on your device. Note: You may need to set up biometric login again in the new mobile app. To do so, go to Settings > Biometric Login.
3. If you log in using a password, enter the verification code sent to your multifactor authentication delivery method (email or phone) and click Continue.
4. If prompted, review and accept the Terms of Use and click Accept.

1. From the Log In screen, select Forgot Username.
2. Enter the required information to confirm your identity and select Continue.
3. Your username will be sent to you at the email address on file.

1. From the Log in screen, select Forgot Password.
2. Enter your username in the Forgot Password screen and select Submit.
3. Follow the instructions provided.

You’ll be able to view all accounts serviced by the Association. Certain accounts will be “view only,” such as AgriBuy_® and Leases.

Rural 1^st® accounts will not be available in My Account. Users can visit rural1st.com for more information on Rural 1^st.

From the account dashboard page, click anywhere on the account tile/window that you wish to view. An account details window will be displayed at the top of the page. To view more details, select Show more details +.

Transaction details will be displayed below the account details. You can search for specific transactions using Description keywords, Date, Amount or Type filters. Up to 18 months of detailed transaction activity is available online.

Authorized users can view individual draft images or multiple images.

• Individual draft images: Navigate to the transaction details page and select View draft under the specific transaction.
• Multiple draft images: Go to the details page and select Search drafts, located to the right of Search & Filter Transactions.
  
  Note: The Multiple Draft Image feature is not available in the mobile app.

All transactions can be set up as one-time or recurring, with the ability to specify the amount and date of the transaction. The types of transactions include: 

• Make A Payment: To make a payment to your association loan from an external account, select the Make A Payment button or select Pay & Transfer from the menu, then select Make A Payment.
• Internal Transfer: To transfer funds between your association accounts, select Pay & Transfer from the menu, then select Make an Internal Transfer.
• External Transfer: To transfer funds from your association account to your account at another financial institution, select Pay & Transfer from the menu, then select Make an External Transfer.

Note: External transfers will only allow funds to be transferred to your verified bank account, which is set up through a third-party called Plaid (see How do I add an external account?).

To make a payment to your association account from an external source, or to transfer funds from your operating line to an external financial institution, you must add an external account. 

For transfers FROM your association account to an external account, the external account needs to be verified through a third party called Plaid. This verification process helps protect you from fraudulent transfers.

To create a verified external account within My Account, select Pay & Transfer, Manage External Accounts, Add a verified account. 

Payments TO your association account do not require verification and can be added using a routing and account number.

To create a non-verified external account within My Account, select Pay & Transfer, Manage External Accounts, Add an external bank account. 

Note: Payments can also be made from a verified external bank account.

You will be notified upon logging into My Account if an external account requires attention. Select Pay & Transfer, Manage External Accounts, and select the “Repair” button on the account which will launch to Plaid to correct the issue. 

Note: Only the user that created the verified external account in Plaid will have the ability to fix it. 

From the account dashboard page, select Pay & Transfer from the menu bar at the top of the page, then select Manage Scheduled Transactions.

Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen, then go to Alerts. Select the account you wish to view/set alerts.

From the account dashboard page, select View Statements.

Select the account you wish to view, along with the year, then select a statement to View or Download.

Up to 36 months of statements are available online. All year-end summary statements, payment reminders and rate change notices will continue to be mailed to your address on file.

There are multiple ways to go paperless:

1. From the account dashboard page, click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen, then go to Account Settings. Or from the Statements page you can select Manage Paper Statements.
2. To turn off paper statements for all accounts, select the Opt out of paper statements.
3. To turn off paper statements for specific accounts, check the box next to the account.

When you select to go paperless for an account, you will receive an email notifying you when the statement is available in My Account.

If you want to turn paper statements back on you can simply un-check the box next to the applicable account.

Note: only the primary borrower can turn off/on paper statements.

1. From the account dashboard page, click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen, then go to Guest Management.
2. To add a new guest, select Add a New Guest.
3. Complete the required guest information and select Create Invitation.
4. An email invitation will be sent to the guest with enrollment instructions. A confirmation email will also be sent to the user who invited the guest.

1. From the account dashboard page, click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen, then go to Guest Management.
2. Select the three dots to the right of the guest user you wish to manage, then select Edit or Remove Guest. Edit allows you to set guest account permissions.
3. Guest Access to Financial Tools allows the guest to perform various account management functions.
4. Account Access permissions grant the guest specific access to an account. The access levels displayed may vary depending on the type of account:
   • None: Guest has no access to the account.
   • View only: Guest can only view the account and does not have any payment rights.
   • Make a Payment: Guest can view AND make payments to this account.
   • Advance from Loan/Make a Payment: Guest can view, make payments and initiate advances to an external account from an operating line.
   • Manage external bank accounts: Check this box if you want to grant your guest the ability to create/delete external funding accounts.

1. Login with your assigned username and password.
2. You will be presented with a screen showing the customers who have invited you to work on their behalf. Select the customer you want to work as. In the upper-right corner you will see your name and the “working as” name. You can now navigate the system working on behalf of the selected individual, based on permissions granted to you.
3. If you want to work as a different customer, click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen. You will be presented with a list of Working As names from customers who have invited you to work on their behalf.
4. Select a name.

No. Guest permissions are set at the account level. The customer who invited you as an authorized guest will need to log in to My Account and manage your permissions for the new account.

If you submit more than 100 checks per month, you may want to consider a desktop scanner. Contact Customer Support at 877-348-3810 or your local Frontier Farm Credit office and ask about desktop scanning options. 

Desktop Remote Deposit transactions will show up in My Account as a lump sum amount for each batch with the description “Remote Deposit.” My Account will not display individual checks within a given deposit. To view individual checks of a specific deposit, go to the Remote Deposit tool and use the Research tab to search for a specific check, or you can go into the Reports tab to look for specific deposits. Both areas will provide images of the checks.

Mobile remote deposit transactions will display as individual transactions in My Account. Deposit images are only available on the mobile app and are not available in the transaction details.
