Steps to Sync Your Accounting Software

Update Your QuickBooks® or Quicken® Connection to My Account

Connection Overview

Beginning February 15, 2025, My Account will use a new, more secure connection method for customers who download loan and account information into QuickBooks or Quicken.

This update ensures improved security, faster syncing, and better long‑term compatibility.

Depending on your product, you may be prompted to:

  • Reauthorize your connection
  • Log in using a secure Frontier Farm Credit-hosted login window
  • Refresh or relink your accounts
  • Follow updated steps for downloading transactions

More Secure Login Process

Intuit now requires a secure hosted sign‑in process for all financial data connections. My Account will use a new connection method—API or Express Web Connect Plus (EWC+)—depending on your product.
