Mobile Deposit Frequently Asked Questions

Mobile deposits are credited to accounts three times daily during business hours. Deposits made before 3 p.m. Central Time are typically processed the same day. Deposits made after that time may be processed the next business day. Pending or rejected deposits will not appear in My Account.

After submitting a check deposit in the mobile app, you can view its status on the View Deposited Checks screen. Deposits made before 3 p.m. Central Time are typically visible in My Account the same business day. Deposits made after that time may be processed the next business day.

Yes. You will receive an email when your check is submitted, and another email any time the deposit status changes—such as when it’s accepted, rejected, or fails.

If you do not see record of your deposit in the app’s mobile deposit history, your check is either still pending acceptance or has been rejected. Only checks that have been successfully accepted will show in this view.

If your check has been rejected, check for the following issues:

  1. Verify the text on the check is clear and unobscured. Ensure there is an MICR number (routing and checking account numbers) on the bottom of the check. Try and resubmit your deposit.
  2. Check your mobile deposit history to ensure the rejected check wasn’t previously deposited.
  3. Call customer support at 877-348-3810 for additional assistance.
