Frontier Farm Credit awarded $31,350 in Working Here Fund grants in the first quarter of 2023. The 17 non-profit organizations listed below received grants to support agriculture and rural communities with projects that address one of the following areas: agricultural education; young, beginning and small producers; hunger and nutrition; or rural disaster assistance and essential services.

Working Here Fund grants of up to $2,000 are awarded each quarter to qualifying non-profits in 41 counties in eastern Kansas. Additional grants of up to $10,000 are available in the second and fourth quarters of each year.

Frontier Farm Credit is accepting grant applications for the second quarter of 2023 through June 30. To learn about the requirements and apply online, visit the Working Here Fund Grants page.
