Frontier Farm Credit, ACA Stockholders

The Frontier Farm Credit, ACA (“Association”) Annual Stockholders Meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. Central Time on February 8, 2024. Stockholders can participate either in-person at our office located at 2009 Vanesta Place in Manhattan, Kansas or online.

The following business will be conducted at the Annual Meeting:

  • Presentation of the Director and Nominating Committee candidates identified by the Association's Nominating Committee for this election.
  • Acceptance of Director candidate nominations from the floor.
  • An update on the 2023 business and financial performance of the Association.
  • An update on the collaboration arrangement between Farm Credit Services of America, ACA; AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA; and Frontier Farm Credit, ACA.

No voting will occur at this meeting.

Participants must be stockholders of Frontier Farm Credit, ACA to attend the Annual Meeting. Please register as soon as possible to ensure adequate meeting space is available:
