Frontier Farm Credit, ACA Stockholders
The Frontier Farm Credit, ACA (“Association”) Annual Stockholders Meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. Central Time on February 8, 2024. Stockholders can participate either in-person at our office located at 2009 Vanesta Place in Manhattan, Kansas or online.
The following business will be conducted at the Annual Meeting:
- Presentation of the Director and Nominating Committee candidates identified by the Association's Nominating Committee for this election.
- Acceptance of Director candidate nominations from the floor.
- An update on the 2023 business and financial performance of the Association.
- An update on the collaboration arrangement between Farm Credit Services of America, ACA; AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA; and Frontier Farm Credit, ACA.
No voting will occur at this meeting.
