Frontier Farm Credit awarded $28,000 in Working Here Fund grants in the second quarter of 2023. The six non-profit organizations listed below received grants to support agriculture and rural communities with projects that address one of the following areas: agricultural education; young and beginning, hunger and nutrition; or rural disaster assistance and essential services.

We recently refreshed our grant program to offer more financial support, sized to meet the needs of small and large projects. Nonprofit organizations in 41 counties in eastern Kansas whose projects align with the mission of our grant program can now apply for up to $5,000 each quarter. Twice a year, we are awarding grants of up to $15,000 and up to $25,000.

Frontier Farm Credit is accepting grant applications for the third quarter of 2023 through September 30. To learn about the requirements and apply online, visit the Working Here Fund grants page.
