Senior Leadership Structure

As a cooperative, our Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing and approving individuals hired to the leadership team to ensure their talents and strengths align with the needs of the Association.

Mark Jensen  

Mark Jensen
President and CEO

Mark was named president and chief executive officer in November 2017. Prior to that, he held the role of senior vice president and chief risk officer of Farm Credit Services of America since 2013. Mark has over 25 years of agricultural lending experience and has provided leadership to the credit, risk management and appraisal teams that support sales, service and strategic planning activities.

Scott Binder

Scott Binder
Executive Vice President –
Chief Alliance and Administrative Officer

Scott joined FCSAmerica in 2020 as chief operating officer and was named chief alliance and administrative officer in 2022. He leads human capital, business training and corporate services and serves as executive liaison to other Farm Credit System institutions on behalf of the Associations. Scott was previously CEO at Farm Credit Council (FCC) Services, where he and his team provided organizational development, training and insurance services to Farm Credit organizations across the country. He also has led business operations for Comcast and Time Warner Cable and began his career as a certified public accountant for Arthur Andersen in Denver.

SCOTT COZIAHR

Executive Vice President –
General Counsel

Scott was named general counsel in February 2006. Prior to joining FCSAmerica, Scott was engaged in private law practice representing financial institutions in the areas of commercial real estate and equipment finance.

Craig Kinnison

Craig Kinnison
Executive Vice President –
Chief Financial Officer

Craig was named chief financial officer in November 2006. Prior to joining FCSAmerica, Craig spent 14 years with the Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation in New Jersey in the role of senior vice president and treasurer. During his career, Craig also worked in public accounting for six years and is a licensed CPA.

Tim Koch

Tim Koch
Executive Vice President –
Business Development

Tim joined FCSAmerica in 1999 and was named EVP – Business Development in July 2022. In this capacity, Tim provides strategic leadership to the business development teams within the Association including AgDirect, retail business development, commercial business development and insurance services. Prior to joining FCSAmerica, Tim spent seven years as a national bank examiner with the Comptroller of the Currency.

Jackie Martinie

Jackie Martinie
Executive Vice President –
Chief Credit & Operating Officer

Jackie joined FCSAmerica in 2022 as chief credit and operating officer. She leads the credit, lending operations and appraisal teams. Jackie came to us from Farm Credit Illinois, where as chief credit officer she provided executive and strategic direction to credit, loan operations, diversified markets and organizational development. She joined the Farm Credit System in 2010 after spending the early part of her career in commercial banking.

Krista McDonald

Executive Vice President –
Chief Strategy Officer

Krista joined FCSAmerica in 2015 as vice president of strategy and innovation. In that role, she was responsible for strategic planning, customer experience and fostering a culture of innovation. She was named chief strategy officer in 2020 and today leads strategy and innovation, strategy enablement, strategic product management and the Associations' digital strategy. Krista previously worked at ConAgra Foods as a brand director and served as a Washington D.C.-based agricultural policy aide for a Colorado congressional district.

Russ Wagner

Russ Wagner
Executive Vice President –
Chief Information Officer

Russ was named chief information officer in 2020. In that role, he leads application development and technology services. He joined FCSAmerica in 1997 and has led technology security, communications and cross-functional teams. Prior to joining FCSAmerica’s executive leadership team, Russ was chief technology officer and, among other things, was responsible for technology strategies, project priorities and enterprise risk reporting.
