Paycheck Protection Program

Congress has allocated a new round of funding for the Paycheck Protection Program.

We are currently processing a large volume of applications on behalf of our customers that had not yet been approved at the time SBA exhausted their initial funds. Our priority is to submit these applications on behalf of customers now.

Concurrent with that, we are accepting new PPP applications from our customers. We will process those as capacity allows and will handle them on a first come first served basis.

Due to factors beyond our control, including nationwide demand and SBA response times, we cannot guarantee that applications will result in SBA approved loans.

Before applying online:

  • Confer with your accountant to gather SBA required information and documentation to support your application. Loan amounts and eligibility are dependent on each customer’s unique operating structure and the form of tax reporting submitted; because of this, Frontier Farm Credit is not in a position to advise individual customers on their loan request.
  • Review SBA guidance regarding eligibility, especially the need for net versus gross farm income for sole proprietors, and follow SBA instructions for calculating maximum loan amount. Click for details.
  • Review our guidelines on “what to expect” during the application process. In particular, note that where a business has more than one person who owns 20% or more of the equity, each of those owners must complete a portion of the application for it to be considered complete. Click for details.
  • All applicants will need to enter a NAICS code for their business. See the federal website to locate your code .
  • Understand that we cannot process incomplete applications. You and your co-applicants must complete all fields on the application form and upload documentation to support your loan request per SBA requirements.
