Paycheck Protection Program

Borrowers who apply for PPP funds must attest that current economic uncertainty makes the loan request necessary to support their ongoing operations.

The following options are now available in our portal:

• Apply for a First Draw if you have not previously obtained a loan under the PPP.
• Click to open “How to Calculate First Draw PPP Loan Amounts and What Documentation to Provide"
• Apply for a Second Draw if you’ve used your First Draw, have also used any First Draw loan amount increase, and can document a decline in revenue of at least 25 percent from 2019 to 2020.
• You must hae used your First Draw loan procedds and also used any First Draw loan amoutn increase prior to applying for a Second Draw.
• The covered periods for First and Second Draw loans are not allowed to overlap, so the 8 to 24 week covered period you choose for your First Draw must have fully passed vefore you can apply for a Second Draw.
• Reapply for a loan in the event you were previously approved but chose not to accept all or part of the funds.
• Apply for loan forgiveness for First Draw loans only (the SBA is not yet accepting forgiveness applications for Second Draws).

In preparation, we ask that new loan applications are filed in our portal by May 26 to allow our verification team sufficient time to process and transmit applications to the SBA before their closing date.

To apply for a recalculation of your First Draw loan amount, provided you have not yet received SBA forgiveness for your loan:

• This option is available for customers who previously received a First Draw loan from Frontier Farm Credit.
• Recalculations can be requested by completing and submitting one of the forms below:
• Corporation Recalculation Request Form
• Partnership Recalculation Request Form
• Schedule F Loan Increase Request Form
• Sole Prop Schedule C Recalculation Request Form
• Complete the form and hit “Submit” to transmit your request to us.
• We will follow up via phone or email to process your application.
• These forms are only to be used for modifying PPP loans received prior to August 8, 2020, and not yet forgiven by SBA.
• To apply for a First Draw loan, use our portal link above to access the application site.

We want to remind customers that the SBA was required by court order in late 2020 to publish the names, addresses and loan amounts of every PPP borrower, including our customers. This creates the potential for increased fraudulent activity, and we recommend you take extra precautions in scrutinizing any communications regarding SBA loans to ensure their authenticity. We also recommend you monitor your credit reports for unusual activity. Please be assured that Frontier Farm Credit had no role in releasing this information.
