I do not remember my password, what do I do?
Click Forgot Password. You will be directed to a Reset Password page and asked to answer security questions. If the system is able to verify your identity, an email with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you. If the system is unable to verify your identity, you will need to contact Customer Support for further assistance, 877-348-3810.
I do not remember my username, what do I do?
Click Forgot Username. You will be prompted to enter your Social Security number and email address. If the system is able to verify your identity, your username will be displayed onscreen. If the system is unable to verify your identity, you will need to contact Frontier Farm Credit support team for further assistance, 877-348-3810.
What is a verification code and what is its purpose?
Security of information is very important to Frontier Farm Credit. A two-step verification code is used to confirm your identity, as part of the initial enrollment process. You are first prompted to select a verification delivery code option of email, phone or text. A 6-digit code is then sent via the method you have chosen. You will need to enter the 6-digit code on the screen when prompted.
If you receive a verification code either by email, phone or text that you did not initiate, immediately contact Frontier Farm Credit support team at 877-348-3810.
Does it matter which verification code delivery method I select?
The verification code is sent instantly, therefore, select the one most convenient for you.
My verification code delivery options are incorrect (i.e., my e-mail address is different) what should I do?

When creating my password, a message says my password is weak. Do I need to create a different password?
This message is an indication that additional criteria (letters, numbers, case sensitivity) could be added to make your password more difficult for someone else to duplicate. Your password strength is your choice as long as it meets the defined criteria. If you prefer a stronger password consider a combination of letters, numbers, and case sensitivity.
Why do I need to select and answer security questions?
Security questions are used in the online process to help us verify identity. You will be prompted to answer security questions if you have forgotten your password and want to use the online Forgot Password process. They are also used when you login to AgriPoint from a public computer (one that you have not logged in before and/or you have logged in from it in the past and marked the “activate once” for the Machine Activation.)
Why do I need to provide my Social Security number in the enrollment process?
The confidentiality and security of your information is very important to us. The Social Security number is one of several unique pieces of information our system uses to verify and confirm identity before granting access to any information.
I have more than one address. How do I know which to use?
Use the address that you have been receiving information from us or have provided to us on a loan application.
I am unable to read the security code letters and numbers, what should I do?
Click the button next to the coded letters and a new code will appear that may be more legible. If you are still unable to read the code, contact Frontier Farm Credit support at 877-348-3810.
I get an error message after I have entered all the requested information, what should I do?

What is AgriPoint®?
AgriPoint is an online system that bundles Account Access with value-added content and tools to help you manage your business.
AgriPoint includes:
- Account Summary – An overview chart consolidates your loans, leases, insurance and other information including cash-back dividends, AgriBuy® Rewards, CashPlus accounts, and funds held accounts. You can hover over any account to see additional information including product type, interest rate type and principal balance.
- Account Access – This tool lets you manage your accounts, internally transfer funds, make payments to loans, advance funds from loans and pay bills. You can also initiate wire transfers, order drafts, set various account alerts, initiate a stop payment request, and view, print and download account activity and billing statements.
- Remote Deposit – Scan checks as payments to your Frontier Farm Credit line of credit from your home or office using your desktop check scanner.
- Crop Insurance – Access MPCI, crop hail and supplemental policy details. View documents like crop provisions and county actuarial.
- Financials – This tool lets you create a balance sheet or cash flow, examine up to a five-year trend in your business, and calculate what-if scenarios to see the impact of potential purchases. You can also view historical balance sheets and income statements previously provided to Frontier Farm Credit.
- Weather – Get current and forecast conditions for your location including precipitation, wind speed, soil temperature and more, customizable by zip code.
- Markets – Check the latest market bids for a variety of commodities and see local cash bids, all customizable by commodity type and zip code.
I have been prompted to answer the security questions, but they are not mine. What should I do?

If I use more than one personal computer to reach AgriPoint, do I need to register each computer?
First successfully complete the initial login process for AgriPoint which includes, resetting your password, selecting your security questions and security image on one computer. From your second computer, enter your username and password, and you will be prompted to answer the security questions to validate your identity. Then select a Machine Activation option of either “activate once” (select this if you are on a public computer that others have access to) or “activate for future use” (select this if the machine is a private personal computer). Once that step is complete, you’ll be logged into AgriPoint on the second computer.
What is the difference between the machine activation options, “once” or “future use”?
If you try to log into AgriPoint from a computer that you have never logged in before and/or when you did you chose the “activate once” option, you will be prompted to verify your security image and answer security questions. If the image and/or security questions are not yours, you should contact Frontier Farm Credit support for assistance at 877-348-3810. If you have logged into the computer before and you selected “future use,” you should verify your security image is displayed and enter your password.
I get a message that my account is locked, how can I get it unlocked?
