New website simplifies loan application process for purchasing or refinancing ag land
OMAHA, NEBRASKA – Frontier Farm Credit today announced the launch of FarmLend.comTM, a mobile-friendly website that allows farmers and ranchers to apply online for land loans.
Using a simple, secure online form, producers can apply for loans to purchase or refinance farmland, ranchland or pasture when it’s convenient for them. They will typically receive a response within a few business hours of applying, enabling them to complete the loan process in less time than through conventional means.
The website also features online calculators and informational resources to help producers determine how their financing decision will impact their bottom line.
The FarmLend website allows producers to apply for land loans that are underwritten and serviced by Frontier Farm Credit, a customer-owned financial cooperative serving farmers, ranchers, agribusinesses and rural residents in eastern Kansas. Land loan products include flexible, ag-friendly terms and competitive rates, including rates fixed for the entire life of long-term loans.
A dedicated team of ag real estate financing experts will assist customers who have questions as they complete applications through the FarmLend website to make the closing and funding processes as smooth as possible.
