Nominating Committee Candidates 1-Year Term

Race 1:
Terry Reschke, Hiawatha, KS
I have a farming operation that consists of corn, soybeans, hay and feeder cattle. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University. I currently serve on the Frontier Farm Credit Nominating Committee and the Growers National Crop Insurance board of directors.

Robert Yunghans, Axtell, KS
I work full time for AGCO, an agricultural machinery manufacturer. I manage eleven employees that assist our dealers with service and service business related issues. In addition, my wife and I own and operate a small farming operation in Nemaha and Marshall Counties. I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Agriculture Technology Management from Kansas State University. Currently I serve as the Vice President on the Clear Creek Township Water Board.


Race 2:
Jeffrey Badger, Carbondale, KS
I operate a cash grain farm of corn and soybeans with occasional wheat production in Osage County. I attended Washburn University, and I have received a Technical Electrical Certificate from Kaw Valley Vocational school. I currently serve on the Rural Water Board #5 in Osage County and the Board of Directors for the Public #25 Water District.

Ron Kalcic, Louisburg, KS
My wife and I currently run a medium size cattle operation in Miami County. We also have a growing chicken operation that provides eggs to the local stores in Louisburg. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Saint Mary College and a Master’s of Science degree in Program Management from George Washington University. I currently serve on the board for the Wea Council Knights of Columbus, and serve as the Sound Engineer for the QHR WEA Church, taking care of the audio / visual needs of the Parish.


Race 3:
J. W. Brune, Overbrook, KS
My wife and I have a seed stock operation producing Bulls and females for registered and commercial producers. We have downsized this part of our operation and now lease our grass and farming operation. I serve as a field representative for Lee Agri-Media Corporation and have a consulting and sales management group, United Sales Associates. I attended the University of Missouri majoring in Animal Science for two years. I am a combat Vietnam Veteran and awarded a Purple Heart.

Jodi Guetterman, Bucyrus, KS
My husband and I operate a row crop farm with his father and three brothers. The operation includes a bonded elevator and seed and chemical retailer. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Milling Science and Management from Kansas State University. My husband and I have 4 children. I currently serve on the Frontier Farm Credit Nominating Committee.


Race 4:
Armon Bosse, Jr. (JR), Onaga, KS
I have a cattle operation with my wife, and we provide custom feeding to our neighbors. In addition, we have row crops and hay that are harvested to be fed through the feedlot. I have attended numerous continuing education courses for hay and grazing, marketing, cattle-handling and treatment, book keeping, animal health and conservation and manure control. I am certified in chemical usage and have a Commercial Driver’s License. I currently serve on the Pottawatomie County Planning and Zoning Commission.

Gary Robbins, Emmett, KS
I have a farming operation that includes corn, beans, wheat and hay. I attended Onaga High School and received an electrical certification at the Local 226 in Topeka, Kansas. I currently serve as Treasurer for the Kansas Soybean Association.


Race 5:
Abby Amick, Alma, KS
My husband and I have a cow-calf operation, where we are raising our three children. We farm a few acres for silage and manage alfalfa, brome and prairie hay ground. In addition, I do bookkeeping for farm clients at Varney & Associates, CPAs, LLC and manage The Volland Store Art Gallery and Event Center. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and a Master’s Degree in Agribusiness from Kansas State University. I currently serve as a board member on the Wabaunsee County Extension Council, as Treasurer for the Holy Family Altar Society and on the Frontier Farm Credit Nominating Committee.

Jeff Koelzer, Onaga, KS
I am a seed dealer for Agrow and Dekalb. In addition, I have a farming operation that includes corn and soybeans and a cow-calf operation. I graduated from Onaga High School, and attended Kansas State University. I am currently the Vice President for the USD 322 Onaga, Havensville and Wheaton School Board, the Trustee for the Neuchatel Township and the Vice President for the Knights of Columbus Council #3185 Wheaton-Onaga.
