Doug Hofbauer -- President/CEO
Doug Hofbauer has been the President and CEO of Frontier Farm Credit, ACA since 2000. Doug started his career with Farm Credit in 1980. He earned a B.S. degree from Iowa State University.
Jim Aylward -- Senior Vice President-Business Development (West)
Jim Aylward leads the business development efforts and supports the teams in Hiawatha, Marysville, Manhattan, and Emporia. He began his Farm Credit career in 1982. Jim earned a B.S. degree from Kansas State University.
Janet Bartel -- Senior Vice President-Human Resources
Janet Bartel leads the human resources functions including recruitment, compliance, compensation, and staff and board training and development. She is the staff liaison to the Board Compensation and Governance Committee. She is a certified Achieve Global Leadership Skills trainer. She joined Farm Credit in 1990. Janet earned a B.A. degree from American Christian College and an MBA from Baker University. She also holds the SPHR certification.
Tony English -- Chief Financial Officer
Tony English leads all accounting, financial, business planning, and technology functions for the Association, including budgeting and financial forecasting. He began his career with Farm Credit in 1992. Tony earned B.S. and MBA degrees from New Mexico State University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
Dennis Fike -- Senior Vice President -- Credit
Dennis Fike leads credit approval, appraisal, and special credit functions for the Association. He is the staff liaison to the Board Audit Committee. He began his career with Farm Credit in 1984. He earned a B.S. degree from Kansas State University and an MBA from Emporia State University.
Clarke Jackman -- Senior Vice President -- Business Dev.-Special Programs
Clarke Jackman leads the business development efforts in related services and new lending opportunities for the Association. He began his career with Farm Credit in 1988. Clarke earned a B.S. degree from Kansas State University.
Carol Lowe -- Vice President -- Lending Operations
Carol Lowe leads lending process improvement initiatives for the Association. She began her career with Farm Credit in 1996. She is a certified Achieve Global Leadership Skills trainer. She earned a B.S. degree from Kansas State University.
Dennis Roddy -- Senior Vice President -- Financial Services
Dennis Roddy leads the loan documentation and tax preparation functions for the Association. He began his career with Farm Credit in 2000. He earned B.S. and M.S. degrees from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Baker University.
Jeff Van Horn -- Senior Vice President-Business Development (East)
Jeff Van Horn leads the business development efforts and supports the teams in Baldwin and Chanute. He joined Farm Credit in 1977. Jeff earned a B.S. degree from Kansas State University and an MBA from Emporia State University.
Jim Weaver -- Executive Vice President-Chief Credit Officer
Jim Weaver supervises the teams providing all credit approvals, credit analysis, loan documentation, special credit, and commercial lending functions. He joined Farm Credit in 1977. Jim holds a degree in Accounting from Wichita State University.
